Returns and Refunds
All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging in the same condition within 14 days of receipt unless faulty.
*Earrings are non-refundable, unless faulty. (due to hygiene reasons).
Return address can be found on the front of the parcel.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
All items returned are done so at the customer's risk. We strongly recommend using Royal Mail Tracked.
A refund will only be issued once the jewellery has been returned, meeting the requirements.
Late/Lost Delivery
We only ship with Royal Mail Tracked. You will be provided with a tracking number once the item(s) have been posted.
If it has been 5+ working days since you received your tracking number, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly. Use the following link for information:

If you have contacted Royal Mail directly, please get in touch, and we can assist in finding the missing parcel.
If Royal Mail confirm that the item has been lost, a full refund will be issued.
